United States Digital Space LLC in Munich is seeking an experienced (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) on a 15-month fixed-term contract to support our Global Business Talent Acquisition team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Germany & Europe, partnering with senior stakeholders and shaping hiring strategies across multiple functions.

Based in Munich with a hybrid work model, you will drive sourcing, interviewing, and data-informed decisions to strengthen our employer brand and candidate

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.

We are looking for an experienced and driven (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) on a fixed term basis to join ourGlobal BusinessTalent Acquisition team, supporting hiring in Germany HQ & Europe for corporate/business roles. In this role, you'll take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategies across a broad range of business functions.

This role is based in Munich (hybrid model) and is offered as a 15-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role

Own end-to-end recruitment for business/corporate roles in Germany & Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levelsAct as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers and senior stakeholders, shaping hiring strategies and defining effective sourcing and assessment approachesProactively source and engage diverse talent pools using creative, data-driven methods across multiple channelsLead and conduct structured interviews independently, ensuring a consistent, high-quality selection processUse recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (e.g., Greenhouse) to drive data-informed hiring decisionsDeliver an excellent candidate experience while actively strengthening and representing the the company employer brand throughout the hiring journey Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects, focused on improving processes, scalability, and ways of working

About You

4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environmentProven experience hiring business/corporate roles across multiple functions (e.g. finance, HR, marketing, sales, operations etc.) and seniority levelsStrong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to partner with senior leaders and build trusted relationshipsResilient and agile, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities without losing focus or qualityStrong active sourcing expertise with the ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelinesConfident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomesFluent in English, German is a strong plus
