Job summary

Effective People is hiring a Senior EC Consultant to implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for customers across the region. You will design the application, follow our implementation process, and meet milestones while working remotely and on-site as needed.

You will lead workshops, configure solutions, advise on best practices, and train end-users. This role requires hands-on configuration experience and strong client-facing skills to deliver successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations as lead configuration consultant, including workshops and hands-on configuration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Central implementations following our methodology.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and create prototypes.
• Configure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to production.
• Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants and customers.
• Present technical components in non-technical terms to stakeholders.
• Transfer SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers.
• Deliver super-user and administration training.

About the Role

As part of Effective People, the Senior EC Consultant will be responsible for implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will design the application, follow the defined implementation process, and meet established milestones and target completion dates. You will work both remotely and on-site with customers to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors products. This role is critical to the success of implementations with key customers across the region.

What You'll Work On

• Lead and implement Employee Central for customers following our methodology
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, document them, and create prototypes to confirm requirements with the customer
• Configure solutions, support testing phases, and deploy to production
• Advise customers on industry-specific features, processes, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and customers, communicating project goals, updates, and tasks
• Present technical components in a non-technical way to key stakeholders
• Transfer SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers
• Deliver super-user and administration training

What You Bring

• Valid SF Associate Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations as a lead configuration consultant (including facilitating workshops and hands-on configuration experience), with experience in:
• Core and Time Management
• Core HR business processes
• Integrations with 3rd-party tools, e.g., Payroll
• Functional and Technical experience of client transformations from SAP HCM (ECC) to SAP SuccessFactors and the intricacies in such a transformation"
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed, able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and customers
• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify follow-on opportunities, and drive results
