CNT Management Consulting AG sucht einen erfahrenen SAP Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central (m/w/d) in Deutschland. Hauptfokus liegt auf Customer Projects rund um SAP SuccessFactors EC von Konzept bis Go-Live.

Sie entwickeln praxisnahe HR-Lösungen, arbeiten eng mit dem Management und dem Team zusammen und dokumentieren Ergebnisse sorgfältig. Sie bringen fundierte HR-Kenntnisse, Projekterfahrung und eine Zertifizierung mit.

Qualifikationen

• Mehr als 4 Jahre SAP SuccessFactors EC-Erfahrung.
• Zertifizierung in SuccessFactors Employee Central oder gleichwertige Erfahrung.
• Kenntnisse in weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modulen von Vorteil.
• Mehrere Jahre Projekterfahrung und Beratungskenntnisse.
• Tiefgehendes HR-Wachstum- und Personalprozesse-Wissen.
• Hohe Affinität zu Cloud-Technologien.
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Fokus auf SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central-Kundenprojekte – von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live.
• Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen für HR-Prozesse basierend auf Best Practices.
• Technische Leitung und Steuerung des eigenen Streams in enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement.
• Beiträge mit fundierter HR-Expertise zur Gestaltung komplexer technischer Anforderungen.
• Umsetzung technischer Lösungen im Team mit strukturierter Dokumentation.
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen auf Deutsch und Englisch.
• Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen, Neu- und Bestandskundenpflege.
• Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Kostenschätzungen und Angebotsvorbereitungen.

These are your tasks:

• Focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central customer projects – from conception to go‑live.
• Development of practical solutions for HR processes based on established best practices.
• Technical management and control of your own stream in close cooperation with project management.
• Contribution of in‑depth HR expertise to the design of complex technical requirements.
• Implementation of technical solutions in a team, including structured documentation.
• Preparation and implementation of workshops and training courses in German and English.
• Intensive cultivation of relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting requirements analyses, cost estimates and assisting in the preparation of quotations for customer‑specific solutions.
• Supporting colleagues in solving complex issues and actively transferring knowledge.
• Continuous training of hard and soft skills.

What you should bring with you:

• More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Completed certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or proof of comparable experience.
• Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge of personnel‑related topics and, in particular, HR processes.
• High affinity for modern (cloud) technologies.
• High flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation.
• Business fluent German and English skills.
