Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Design for Test, idealerweise auch in Mikrocontroller-Architekturen.
• Umfassendes Wissen über digitale Design for Test Methoden wie ATPG und Testabdeckungsanalyse.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Definition und Implementierung von DFT- und BIST-Konzepten zur Maximierung der Testabdeckung.
• Durchführung von Scan-Insertion und ATPG.
• Überprüfung und Unterstützung von Lieferungen in der Post-Silicium-Phase.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DFT and BIST concepts, and IPs to maximize test coverage while minimizing costs.
• Execute scan insertion and ATPG.
• Perform test coverage analysis and improvement.
• Verify and support deliveries in post-silicon.
• Collaboratively create DFT methodology innovations & enhancements for Infineon.
• Work in close cooperation with the two major interfaces : chip design, semiconductor manufacturing, and related areas.
• Provide technical guidance to DFT engineers, concept engineers, digital designers, physical implementation, and functional verification teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Microelectronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Design for Test; ideally also in microcontroller architectures and semiconductor technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital Design for Test (ATPG, test coverage analysis, digital verification, scan diagnosis, MBIST or LBIST).
• Open-minded mentality to collaborate across departments and sites.
• Experience in project management of small project teams and methodology development is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills in a cross-functional environment in English; German language skills would be a plus.
