Röchling SE & Co. KG is seeking an HR professional to design, structure, and execute a Europe-wide talent development strategy, ensuring a robust talent pipeline, ongoing capability improvements, and alignment with business needs across multiple locations.

The role will manage the career roadmap process, support employees in developing internal career paths and skills, establish a structured onboarding program across Europe, and harmonize training policies with audit expectations.

• Collaborate with global L&D to align Europe with global strategy and harmonize processes.
• Ensure annual training plans at each location and cross-check European training needs.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Deliver training courses and provide guidance on course design and delivery.

• Manage the career roadmap process, supporting employees in developing internal career paths and improving their skills
• Build up an internal trainings and unify training policies in Europe, help local plants to standardize internal training practices
• Establish and define succession planning, leadership development and mentoring programs
• Establish and maintain a structured onboarding program across Europe, aligned with audit requirements
• Collaborate closely with the global Learning & Development team to align European initiatives with the global Learning & Development strategy including standardization and harmonization of learning and development processes and tools
• Ensure that the annual training plan is in place at each location, cross-check European training needs & offer solutions
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits
• Deliver internal training courses and workshops and provide professional guidance on course design and delivery
