The Senior Coordinator Training and Talent Development position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. The scope of the role combines some elements to strategically enhance existing efforts, launch new initiatives, as well as operationally and administratively execute current programmes. The Senior Coordinator Training and Talent Development serves as a liaison between the firm’s global and European Talent and HR Team and designated country and sector organisations. This role will report directly into the Global Talent team based in the U.S., with dotted line reporting relationships and meaningful interaction with the talent team in Europe.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany, the Senior Coordinator Training and Talent Development is responsible for the coordination of development activities for all employees- bankers (including M&A, CAG, FSG, PFA and VOG), intern and graduate bankers as well as functional and administrative staff in Europe.
