Zusammenfassung

Röchling Industrial Worms location seeks a senior specialist in Learning & Development to shape Europe-wide talent development. You will design and execute Europe strategy, drive onboarding, succession planning, and leadership programs while aligning with global L&D standards.

You will lead internal trainings, coordinate audits, and standardize practices across plants. A HR/Business/Psychology degree and 5+ years L&D experience with strong stakeholder skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Psychology.
• Coach certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with 3+ years in L&D.
• Experience in internal training, project management, workshop facilitation and course design.
• Strong learning agility and a future-oriented mindset, including AI awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and locations.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2).

We are looking for you to join our team at our Worms location as

(Senior) Specialist Learning & Development Europe (m/f/d)

Where we need you

• Support the HR Director in designing, structuring, and executing the talent development strategy for Europe, ensuring continuous improvement and a strong talent pipeline
• Manage the career roadmap process, supporting employees in developing internal career paths and improving their skills
• Build up an internal trainings and unify training policies in Europe, help local plants to standardize internal training practices
• Establish and define succession planning, leadership development and mentoring programs
• Establish and maintain a structured onboarding program across Europe, aligned with audit requirements
• Collaborate closely with the global Learning & Development team to align European initiatives with the global Learning & Development strategy including standardization and harmonization of learning and development processes and tools
• Ensure that the annual training plan is in place at each location, cross-check European training needs & offer solutions
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits
• Deliver internal training courses and workshops and provide professional guidance on course design and delivery

How to convince us

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology, Certification as a Coach is considered an advantage
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development functions
• Experience in internal training, project management, workshop facilitation and course design and delivery
• Strong learning agility and continuous improvement mindset, future oriented skills like AI
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and locations
• Good written and spoken English (minimum B2)
