Senior Solutions Architect, Data Center

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Data Center Solutions Architect for pre-sales in Germany. You will meet with customers, gather requirements, design architectures, and present tailored infrastructure solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in data center architecture, strong vendor experience (Dell EMC, Cisco, VMware), and the ability to work with sales teams. Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) and automation basics are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of architecting and implementing complex Data Center solutions.
• Strong experience with Dell EMC (Servers, Storage and Data Protection), Cisco (servers & FC switching) and/or VMware (virtualization and SDDC).
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) experience with VxRail, HyperFlex and/or Nutanix.
• Proven design, sizing and implementation experience with server compute, data protection and storage solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, and ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Preferred: presales experience
• Preferred: Data Protection experience with Veeam, Rubrik or Cohesity
• Preferred: AWS and/or Azure experience and certifications
• Preferred: Enterprise Networking knowledge and experience (Cisco/Juniper)
• Preferred: Prior experience working for a system integrator or consulting organization
• Preferred: Experience migrating on-premise to on-premise environments or on-premise to any cloud environment
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Create bills of materials and configurations for solutions.
• Work with Account Managers and Sales Teams to develop customer relationships and sales solutions.
• Create customer-facing presentations and perform product demonstrations.
• Build scopes of services, task lists, and professional service pricing.
• Collaborate with vendor peers.
