Job summary

T-Systems International GmbH is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for ServiceNow to design complex solutions that leverage CSDM and enable seamless integrations across enterprise systems. You will help shape digital transformation for customers with strategic ITSM architectures.

The role requires deep ServiceNow know-how and a proactive consulting approach, with opportunities to explore Agentic AI and ServiceNow Otto in live environments.

Qualifications

• Must have German language at C2 level.
• Profound knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design & architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification or equivalent.
• Experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub).
• Consulting expertise and presales experience.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and ServiceNow Otto.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and design complex ServiceNow solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Provide strategic ITSM consulting and design architectures.
• Drive system integrations across multiple platforms and data models.
