WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Solution Architect to support our artificial intelligence solutions through hands‑on prototyping and sales enablement. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and continuously improve our offering. By demonstrating and adapting our state‑of‑the‑art computer‑vision AI pipeline you’ll help customers unlock real business value. The prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts you create will be critical to their success. If you combine strong technical skills with a passion for problem‑solving and exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You demonstrate solutions to potential customers, identify customer issues, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• You develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts based on customer‑specific requirements.
• You are responsible for problem‑solving in a proactive and professional manner.
• You will manage and respond to customer inquiries via our ticketing system and email.
• You create FAQs, assist in building our online community, and write documentation.

IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU BRING

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a consultant or software developer.
• Have more than 3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales or customer support or other technical roles with customer contact.
• You have knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
• You have strong communication skills.

ALSO DESIRABLE

• Leadership experience in solution engineering / presales is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS computer vision AI or video management systems is a plus.
• An understanding of the Docker ecosystem is a plus.
• A good understanding of hardware is a plus.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• We expect a very low frequency of travel of less than once per month.
