Your mission

As a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend, Backend or Full-Stack) at mama health, your mission is to drive the innovation and development of our web applications, creating solutions that enhance user engagement and streamline patient care processes. You will utilize your expertise in front-end OR back-end technologies to build scalable, efficient, and secure software.

Your profile

Job Description :

You will be in charge of the development and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with the CTO to deliver high-quality software that enhances user engagement and streamlines patient care processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end components of our web applications using TypeScript + React and / or our Backend in Python + LiteLLM + FastAPI
• Design, deploy and manage AWS resources with AWS CDK
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and security.
• Collaborate with product managers and other developers to understand requirements and design comprehensive solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer with significant backend experience and solid frontend chops.
• Full fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Location (All other applications will be ignored) : In-office in Berlin
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with REST
• Ability to work autonomously on complex projects with minimal guidance.
• Nice to have : DevOps experience with the AWS CDK and / or Kubernetes
• Nice to have : Understanding of ML / AI technologies, which would be beneficial in driving further innovation within our tech-driven health solutions.
