Sidekick-Network GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation. The role is remote, starts mid-November 2026, and runs for 6+ months with go-live planned early 2027, involving a high-complexity SAP HCM landscape.

The position requires hands-on SAP HCM expertise, architecture and integration leadership to drive design decisions, governance and security across multi-country environments.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in HR IT, SAP HCM, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong SAP HCM background, incl. Core HR, Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
• Proven expertise in Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong integration experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs and middleware.
• Strong technical understanding beyond purely functional SAP HCM consulting.
• Experience with global / multi-country landscapes, security, IAM, GDPR.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder communication and experience leading technical teams.

• Design and further develop the global HR application and integration architecture.
• Act as technical lead and design authority for the implementation team.
• Design and review integrations between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
• Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData, REST, SOAP and middleware technologies.
• Define architecture principles, technical standards, data flows and integration governance.
• Support security architecture, IAM, RBAC, segregation of duties and GDPR requirements.
• Support audit findings, test cycles, technical issue resolution and go-live preparation.
• Take over from the current consultant and support go-live, stabilization and ongoing technical ownership.

For an international enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR IT / SAP HCM Solution & Integration Architect to support a global HR technology transformation and transition program.

The role combines HR application architecture, integration architecture, technical governance and hands-on SAP HCM expertise.

This is not a classic Payroll role and not a purely functional SAP HCM consulting position.

We are specifically looking for a technically strong SAP HCM Solution / Integration Architect.

Profiles focused primarily on SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Payroll or purely functional SAP HCM consulting without architecture and integration responsibility are not suitable for this assignment.
