Qualifikationen

  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce Admin role including Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration including Flows and Custom Objects.
  • Practical experience with Apex development (LWC / Aura is a plus).
  • Skilled in working within agile teams collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating technical requirements effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira) is beneficial.

HomeToGo is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team of Admins, Engineers and Product Managers. You’ll play a key role in scaling our Salesforce platform, optimizing workflows and integrating newly acquired brands into HomeToGos ecosystem. We’re looking for a fast learner who values user empathy and enjoys collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

How you’ll add value
  • Lead decisions on Salesforce operational planning, architecture and execution
  • Implement complex solutions by maintaining high quality standards driven by your expertise
  • Act as the go‑to Salesforce expert providing end‑user support, training and technical guidance while resolving complex issues and driving adoption across teams
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot advanced technical issues ensuring system stability and scalability
  • Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, scalability and integration capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Admins to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
  • Lead efforts to refine and optimize support processes ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and high‑priority tickets
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering their professional growth and development
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have 5 years of Salesforce Admin experience including Sales and Service Cloud
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce configuration including Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets and Custom Objects
  • Bring practical experience with Apex development (LWC / Aura is a strong plus)
  • Are experienced in working within agile teams collaborating efficiently with cross‑functional stakeholders in fast‑paced iterative environments
  • Have hands‑on experience with MuleSoft (a strong plus)
  • Possess excellent communication skills acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira to manage tasks and support requests)
