A healthcare technology company is seeking a Senior Regional Clinical Research Coordinator for its expanding site network in Central & Eastern Europe. With responsibilities including accelerating site activation and ensuring top-notch coordination during clinical trials, the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in clinical research. Strong familiarity with CTMS/eTMF and project management tools is essential. This role offers an opportunity to work in a diverse environment and requires approximately 20% travel.

We’re scaling an ex-US site network across Central & Eastern Europe and Georgia. With 20+ active sites and more studies coming, we need a senior coordinator who keeps studies moving across countries—making start-up and activation simple, fast, and repeatable.
Comfortable with ambiguity; excellent multi‑project time management; ~20% travel.
