Kleinanzeigen is seeking an experienced Recruiting & Sourcing Partner to join our Berlin team in a hybrid role. You will own end-to-end hiring for Product & Technology and broader functions, partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders across the business.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of recruiting experience in online/digital/tech, strong sourcing skills, attention to detail, and fluency in German and English. You’ll apply AI tools to improve processes and candidate experience.

• End-to-end recruiting and active sourcing experience with senior managers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong process mindset.
• Identify gaps, improvements and own their implementation.

We’re a team of around 15 people across People Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Development, Payroll, Internal Communications and Workplace Management.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiting & Sourcing Partner (d/f/m) who loves connecting great people with the right opportunities and enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin. You report to the Talent Lead.

Job requirements

• You bring 5-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an online, digital or tech environment.
• You have strong end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing experience. You are confident working with senior managers and stakeholders, comfortable challenging assumptions and bringing your own perspective to the table.
• You have excellent attention to detail and a strong process mindset - you work in a structured and reliable way and care about getting the details right.
• You proactively identify gaps in our recruiting processes, bring forward ideas for improvements, and take ownership of making them happen.
• You bring curiosity and openness towards AI, new tools and new ways of working.
• You bring in an honest and direct communication style with fluency in German and English, combined with empathy, flexibility and a good sense of humor.
• A collaborative mindset - you’re happy to give feedback, receive it openly and learn from each other.
