Job summary

Telekom Strategy Consulting (TSC), Deutsche Telekom’s in-house consulting unit in Bonn, seeks a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Digital Strategy & AI. You lead cross-functional teams, drive AI-led transformation, and present actionable recommendations to senior executives.

• 4+ years of leadership experience in strategy consultancies.
• Experience developing digital strategies or implementing transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of AI, data and tech ecosystems.

Working in close proximity to the CEO, we develop actionable strategies, innovative business models, and tomorrow’s leaders.ResponsibilitiesYou lead project teams of 3-6 consultants and, together with them, manage central strategy and Transformation projects.You work closely with senior executives to drive AI transformation and shape Deutsche Telekom’s most critical strategic priorities.You collaborate with key stakeholders to define clear target visions, structure projects for successful execution, and deliver sustainable business impact.You work independently with TSC partners and clients and actively shape program and project structures on the client side.You take an AI-first approach to problem-solving, synthesizing complex concepts and analyses into clear recommendations for senior management decision-making.You continuously identify emerging AI technologies and bring them into executive discussions as innovative solutions to strategic challenges.You continuously develop yourself and your team through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks.ProfileYou have leadership experience and at least four years of professional experience in leading strategy consultancies and have gained experience in developing digital strategies or implementing transformation programs.You have in-depth experience in the areas of AI, digital transformation, data, or other technology-driven initiatives.You are familiar with the interrelationships of modern software and data ecosystems and can translate them into concrete strategic decisions.You understand how to use AI both as a practical tool for your work and as a driver of transformation initiatives.You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1).You work confidently with different stakeholders, including at senior level, and represent your positions clearly, soundly and persuasively.You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.
