Deutsche Telekom AG sucht als Teil des Telekom Strategy Consulting-Teams einen Berater (m/w/d) für Growth Strategy & Finance. Sie arbeiten in internationalen, cross-funktionalen Projekten, entwickeln wertschöpfende Wachstumsinitiativen und unterstützen die Transformation auf Vorstandsebene.

Sie bringen mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in Strategie, Masterabschluss, exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine analytische, proaktive Arbeitsweise mit.

Qualifications

• Mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in Strategy-Consulting oder einer ähnlichen strategischen Rolle.
• Fokusbereiche: Finance, M&A, Commercial Management, ESG, Business Development, Digital Finance, Business Case Analyses oder Benchmarking.
• Sie verfügen über einen Masterabschluss von einer renommierten Universität mit Top-Noten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
• Sie wenden Ihre analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise kreativ an und liefern greifbare Ergebnisse.

Responsibilities

• Arbeiten in rotierenden Projektteams mit 3–6 Beratern an strategischen Projekten.
• Entwickeln von Lösungsansätzen im Team und Bewertungsrahmen für Chancen und Risiken.
• Umsetzen von Strategien in konkrete Entscheidungen durch Analysen, Interviews und Workshops.
• Gestalten eigener Arbeitspakete und übernehmen ab Tag eins Verantwortung.
• Kontinuierliches Lernen durch Feedback, Coaching und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben.
