You will also actively develop yourself and your team through feedback, coaching, and training.AI touches everything we do, giving you exposure to a wide range of business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Technology, Finance, and headquarters functions. Together with project sponsors, TSC Partners, top management, and members of the Board of Management, you will shape the AI target picture for individual business areas, structure complex challenges, and turn strategic objectives into practical implementation.You will not spend your time writing PowerPoint presentations about AI. You will help shape how AI changes an entire enterprise.Your work may include:* Designing AI productivity strategies* Quantifying enterprise-wide value creation* Working directly with Board members and senior executives* Building transformation roadmaps* Designing future operating models* Developing new consulting methodologies for the AI eraThis is strategy consulting at the intersection of business transformation and AI. **Who we are looking for** You have built a **strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting**, with at least **two to three years** of experience in strategy development, transformation, and implementation.You solve complex problems, bring structure to ambiguity, engage senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly and persuasively.You bring expertise in at least one of the following areas:* AI, digital transformation, data, or technology* Finance, M&A, ESG, business development, or commercial management* HR processes, organizational development, or HR IT* Digital business models, marketing, pricing, or commercialization* Technology-related topics (e.g., telco & communication tech, AI, data & analytics or cloud) or a STEM background.You understand AI as both a working tool and a driver of fundamental business change, combining analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and pragmatic implementation.**Who are we?**We are **Telekom Strategy Consulting (TSC)** – Deutsche Telekom’s in-house consultancy.
