Deutsche Telekom AG in Bonn seeks a Senior Consultant (m/f/d/x) for Strategy Consulting - AI-Transformation. You will join Telekom Strategy Consulting to shape AI-driven transformations and deliver measurable business impact.

You will work with Board-level stakeholders, develop AI strategies, and design operating models across functions. Part-time options available; travel across Europe; access to extensive training programs.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of professional experience in a leading strategy consultancy.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, or corporate development is valued.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AI transformation projects with 3–6 consultants in teams.
• Develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps with the Board and senior executives.
