Job summary

Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking an HV Project Manager in Germany to oversee 110 kV and 380 kV substation works and associated battery storage projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing and handover, interfacing with grid operators and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires proven experience in HV substations or grid connection projects, knowledge of 110 kV/380 kV infrastructure, and strong contractor/stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BESS or other major energy projects is advantageous.

The Opportunity

The company is seeking an HV Project Manager to oversee the delivery of 110 kV and 380 kV substation works associated with large-scale battery storage projects. You will coordinate technical teams, contractors and grid interfaces from planning through to commissioning and handover.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets and project risks.
