Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Beschaffung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Technisches Verständnis von engineering-bezogenen Themen von Vorteil.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und Vertragsgestaltung.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlichkeit für die Projektbeschaffung mit Fokus auf Maschinenbau, Elektroengineering und Bau.
• Selbstständige Verwaltung des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses.
• Sorgfältige Vertragsverwaltung und Unterstützung während des Projektes.

Your mission

• You are responsible for project procurement, with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and construction.
• You independently manage the entire procurement process, from coordinating with project management on the specifications, selecting and evaluating suppliers, conducting tenders, and leading contract award negotiations, to preparing award recommendations, providing commercial support throughout the project, assisting with defect claims, and ensuring warranty compliance.
• Meticulous work in contract management is expected.

Your profile

Must-Have:

• A completed degree in business administration or a comparable field, with a focus on procurement or supply chain, or equivalent expertise acquired through other means.
• A confident and communicative personality with a high degree of initiative, team spirit, and service orientation.

Nice-to-Have:

• In-depth technical understanding of engineering-related topics.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM or ideally S/4HANA.
• Thorough knowledge of contract law and contract drafting.
• Experience in project management.
