Role description

We are looking for a hands-onSenior Product Manager Flavours (Tobacco & Nicotine) to help us prepare for the next growth phase. This role combines strategic ownership of product lines with deep market insight, cross-functional leadership, and a global perspective. You will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our portfolio, ensuring it meets evolving customer needs, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives.

Your Mission

Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Cooperate with other product managers to define our product management function, processes and structures
  • Own the global strategy for the Tobacco & Nicotine flavours portfolio, including collection management, positioning and innovation roadmap to ensure alignment with our growth objectives and market trends.
  • Organize and take part in sensory assessments of our flavours in tobacco & nicotine products.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, optimization, and retirement.
Market & Customer Insights
  • Monitor industry developments, consumer trends, and competitive activity in tobacco, nicotine, and adjacent categories.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop compelling customer value propositions.
Innovation & Product Development
  • Coordinate and prioritize new product developments in collaboration with our flavour development and sales team.
  • Ensure all products comply with applicable global and local regulations.
  • Drive the integration of sensory science and application expertise into product design.
Commercial & Financial Performance
  • Set and track portfolio KPIs, including product success metrics.
  • Support commercial teams in product selection and key customer projects.
  • Optimize portfolio profitability through effective pricing in collaboration with our commercial function and cost management.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage the Tobacco & Nicotine application and technology team and own technology-based projects with strategic partners of the Tobacco & Nicotine supply base.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategy to local needs.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or category management, ideally within the flavour, tobacco, nicotine, or related consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record of managing a global portfolio with measurable commercial success.
  • Existing knowledge and experience with flavours or tobacco products
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the tobacco and nicotine regulatory environment.
