Senior Product Manager – Enterprise SaaS, AI

Zusammenfassung

klaricore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve the product roadmap for our enterprise SaaS platform. You will partner with customers as a trusted advisor, translate business needs into scalable capabilities and collaborate with Engineering, UX and Architecture to deliver value.

You will work with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market and positioning, while aligning with Professional Services to turn customer requirements into reusable functionality.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously develop the klaricore product roadmap, balancing customer requirements, commercial priorities and long-term platform development
• Work directly with enterprise customers as a Trusted Advisor, understanding challenges, shaping product discussions and identifying opportunities that create value across the wider customer base
• Decide which customer and market requirements should be prioritized and translated into standard product capabilities
• Work closely with Engineering, UX and Architecture to define priorities and turn product ideas into practical solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to define positioning, support go-to-market activities and ensure customers understand the value of new product capabilities
• Partner with Professional Services to identify recurring customer requirements and convert them into reusable product functionality
• Support strategic customer engagements, product demonstrations and major sales opportunities
• Help shape the future of klaricore in areas such as AI, integrations, APIs and data-driven capabilities
• Work across Product, Engineering, Sales and Professional Services to ensure clear priorities, successful delivery and measurable customer value

Requirements

• You are based in Germany, Austria or the United Kingdom
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customers and offices in Germany and the UK
• At least five years of experience in Product Management within enterprise SaaS or another complex software environment
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating business requirements into scalable product capabilities
• Strong experience in product roadmap ownership, prioritization and stakeholder management
• Enough technical understanding to have credible conversations around APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud platforms and enterprise software architecture
• Experience in areas such as AI-enabled products, enterprise integrations, data platforms, Service Level Management, Observability, IT Operations or IT Service Management is a plus
• Familiarity with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Splunk, Broadcom BSI or Apptio Digital Fuel is a plus
• Ability to balance customer, commercial and technical priorities and make pragmatic product decisions
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers, Engineering and other business stakeholders
