Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own a multi-team portfolio in a complex, fast-moving SaaS environment. You will drive end-to-end prioritization, ensure readiness for plan entries, and resolve cross-squad dependencies across the organization.

You will lead a PM team, set craft standards, and oversee launches with clear metrics and outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic execution, and excellent written communication in a fast-changing setting.

• Own the product portfolio view (committed, in-flight, at-risk, deferred).
• Own end-to-end prioritization process, cadence, criteria, and outcomes.
• Set and enforce readiness standards for plan entries.
• Drive scope discipline by breaking bets into increments.

• Own product operating cadence (planning, roadmap review, launches, retrospectives).

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management
• 3+ years leading product managers or product teams
• Track record of delivering complex B2B software, ideally in SaaS, fintech, regtech, compliance, trust and safety, or another domain where accuracy and defensibility matter as much as speed
• Demonstrated ownership of a multi-team product portfolio, including sequencing work with visible cross-team dependencies and managing capacity across competing demands
• Experience running a prioritization process across competing domains
• Experience executing a strategy you did not author and converting direction into delivered, measured outcomes
• Experience partnering with an engineering counterpart as a peer
• Fluency in modern delivery practice, including incremental delivery, iterative planning, and early-value release approaches
• Technical depth sufficient to engage credibly with architecture and platform trade-offs
• Strong analytical practice, including defining and instrumenting delivery and outcome metrics
• Excellent written communication
• Comfort operating through organizational change
• A four-year college degree or a comparable blend of education and experience
