Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Professional Services domain in Germany. You will own and prioritize backlogs, drive strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to align objectives.

You will lead market research, persona mapping, and hypothesis-driven development to deliver scalable solutions and PIs. Fluency in English preferred; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience with professional or managed services is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate granular-level detail at a high level.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet prioritized deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with technical and non-technical teams to align objectives.
• Present and demo capabilities at all organizational levels, including the C-suite.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product initiative success against business objectives.
• Apply hypothesis-driven feature development.
• Develop and articulate product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Translate roadmaps into actionable strategies to drive product growth and innovation.
• Define and maintain persona-based journey maps.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer requirements and validate product hypotheses.
• Lead strategic vision for the Professional Services domain and coordinate release planning with agile teams.
• Plan and execute Program Increments (PIs).
• Create and maintain feature backlogs, WSJF, sprint plans, and release notes.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to develop scalable solutions meeting customer and technical requirements.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, and Lucidchart is a plus
• 5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services or Technology experience preferred
