Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and steer a modern Salesforce ecosystem roadmap in Berlin. You will combine user research, process analysis, and data to validate opportunities, while collaborating with Salesforce architects, administrators, data experts, and software engineers to deliver incremental value.

You will manage the product lifecycle, prioritize the backlog, and drive growth with measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager leading comprehensive CRM transformations.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Product Discovery.
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable, outcome-oriented metrics.
• Excellent understanding of system architectures, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and connected systems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, technical analysis, or prototyping.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally based in Berlin or able to reach the Berlin office easily.
• Regular monthly presence in the Berlin office.
