Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Product/Business Analyst to manage backlogs for enterprise banking clients in Frankfurt. You will translate business needs into precise requirements, set priorities with line management, and participate in early-stage customer workshops.

You will present outcomes to stakeholders and collaborate with engineering to weigh trade-offs. Strong communication in English is essential, with German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with demanding customers, gained at a top consultancy, a large corporate, or a startup/scale-up serving enterprise clients.
• Around 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Formal product experience is welcome but not required.
• Consulting, business analysis, delivery, or client-facing technical work all count.
• Learn quickly, think in a structured way, and get to the core of unfamiliar problems fast.
• Comfortable presenting to customers and staying composed with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with technical topics.
• Well-organised and proactive.
• Curious about AI, and already using it in your own work.
• Nice to have: German, experience in banking or anti-financial-crime, familiarity with agile teams, and data literacy.
