Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of complex, data-rich workflows in fast-paced environments. You will prototype AI-powered solutions, translate complex financial and regulatory rules into intuitive interfaces, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship production-grade UI.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience designing and launching in complex or technical industries (financial services, pharma, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive).
• Comfortable reading and building with API documentation.
• Translate complex processes, data, and rules into clear experiences with auditability and regulatory focus.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong cross-functional communication across product, engineering, operations, and business teams.

• Lead projects from research and workflow discovery through prototyping, validation, detailed design, implementation, and post-launch iteration.
• Design tools for complex operational workflows with multiple user roles, data sources, business rules, approvals, exceptions, and audit requirements.
• Rapidly create AI-powered prototypes for stakeholder alignment.
• Write and contribute code within production environments, including review, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Understand financial operations users through interviews, observation, workflow analysis, and usability testing.
• Design data-rich interfaces for monitoring activity, investigating issues, and supporting informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering to push production code into the front end.
• Create scalable design-system patterns for tables, forms, dashboards, alerts, approvals, audit histories, and AI-assisted interactions.
• Manage multiple initiatives while communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

• Comfortable reading and building with API documentation
• Ability to translate complicated processes, data, business rules, and edge cases into clear and efficient experiences, keeping auditability and regulatory concerns in mind
• Ability to work independently, create structure in ambiguous environments, and move projects forward without extensive oversight
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly across product, engineering, operations, and business teams
