Identify, test, and prove AI and technology opportunities through working proof-of-concepts
Drive adoption of an AI-First software development lifecycle across discovery, design, coding, testing, code review, and delivery
Lead engineering across digital workplace, collaboration, identity, endpoint, intranet, and workflow automation platforms
Improve associate experience and automate manual workflows
Remain hands‑on in complex development while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications, APIs, and integrations
Translate requirements into scalable solutions with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders
Guide technical design and architecture for scalable, secure, reliable solutions
Drive delivery priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress and outcomes
Build reusable integration patterns, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards
Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues while maintaining data integrity and business value
