Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced UX researcher and product designer to lead discovery with QIMA clients, design rigorous user research practices, and craft functional prototypes that guide engineering decisions.

You will embed AI into discovery and delivery, maintain high UX craft, and communicate outcomes across sales, marketing, operations, and finance while working hybrid across Europe.

Requirements

• Significant experience in UX research, product design, or directly transferable skills, typically around 7 years
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder design problems from discovery through to a working prototype
• Portfolio showing working prototypes, not only polished mockups
• Experience where a prototype directly shaped an engineering decision or unblocked a build
• Demonstrated commitment to high UX craft standards
• High-growth or scale-up experience
• High agency and ownership
• Bias for action and an iterative mindset
• Comfort with interactive, no-code, low-code, or basic front-end prototyping tools
• Analytical ability to use data to support design decisions
• Hands-on experience across client interviews, data analysis, and the full design workflow
• Demonstrated use of AI-augmented design practices
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Based anywhere in Europe
• Paris or London preferred, with hybrid work applying there
