Senior / Principal HR Operational Assistant - L&D Project Focus
For one of our esteemed clients, a leading international organization, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and proactive (Senior / Principal) HR Operational Assistant.
This project-based assignment is focused on providing essential operational support to the Learning & Development (L&D) Team during a period of expanding strategic program delivery. You will act as a dedicated resource, ensuring the smooth organization and successful roll‑out of key leadership and development programs, including cohort coordination and logistics.
Your expertise will be crucial in executing the operational rhythm of the L&D projects:
Reporting to the Head of the Learning & Development Unit, you will collaborate closely with officers and assistants from various L&D teams. This role requires strong liaison and monitoring of communication and logistics with internal services and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project component delivery.
Education: Secondary level diploma supplemented by a 2‑year certification in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, or learning) OR a secondary level diploma with equivalent, relevant professional experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational or business support position in a relevant field, with a preference for prior experience in project‑based assignments.
