Jobtailor seeks a seasoned professional to lead customer success for an assigned portfolio in the oil and gas sector. You will drive product adoption, align solutions with client goals, and advise on best practices in reservoir engineering workflows using ComboCurve.

Travel to on-site engagements and trade shows as needed, leveraging ARIES and PHDWin experience to expand usage and retention across client organizations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Reservoir Engineering.
• Familiarity with reservoir engineering workflows, including A&D evaluations, PDP forecasting, upside forecasting, and economic evaluations.
• Experience with ARIES, PHDWin, and other similar reservoir engineering and economic modeling software.

• Contribute to client retention goals by driving product adoption and expanding usage through proactive, regularly scheduled touchpoints.
• Own the consultative journey for an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Advise clients on industry best practices, reservoir engineering workflows, and maximizing value using ComboCurve.
• Identify opportunities for user growth and account expansion within existing client organizations.
• Develop, execute, and maintain strategic success plans tailored to allocated customers.
• Contribute relevant oil and gas industry content, discussions, and insights.
• Serve as the source of truth for customer technical workflows, business objectives, and account strategy.
• Drive client adoption by aligning ComboCurve solutions with evolving business needs and operational goals.
• Support customer inquiries through established support processes and ensure timely resolution.
• Advocate for customers internally by providing strategic feedback to Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.
• Travel intermittently for on-site customer engagements and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Reservoir Engineering

• Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and process-driven approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Located in Houston, Dallas, Midland, or Austin areas
