Zusammenfassung

PTC is seeking a high-impact Solutions Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives across its largest industrial customers. You will lead complex opportunities, develop strategic account roadmaps and deliver executive consulting, solution architecture, and industry expertise at the c-level.

You will advise Engineering, IT and Executive leadership, engage with VP and C-level stakeholders, and steer AI strategy, ROI-based transformation, and end-to-end Digital Thread architectures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Presales, Consulting or Digital Transformation.
• Proven success leading complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior decision makers.
• Deep understanding of industrial product development processes.
• Expertise in AI for Engineering, CAD, PLM, ALM, MBSE, and related domains.
• Experience designing Digital Thread architectures spanning CAD/PLM/ALM/SLM, MBSE, Manufacturing, and Data & AI Platforms.

• Guide application rationalization and target architecture decisions.
• Serve as technical lead for strategic and competitive opportunities.
• Lead benchmarks, proof-of-concepts, pilots and executive demonstrations.
• Develop competitive win strategies and support RFI, RFP and executive proposal development.
• Lead customer discussions around AI strategy and adoption.
• Define AI use cases, governance, data foundations and adoption roadmaps.
• Present at customer events and executive briefings.
• Develop industry-specific transformation narratives and reusable frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic GTM initiatives and industry messaging.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Consultants across the region.
• Share reusable assets, architecture patterns and best practices.
• Support onboarding and capability development of new consultants.
• Act as a regional SME for key solution domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• 10+ years within Solutions Consulting, Technical Presales, Consulting or Digital Transformation
• Proven success leading complex enterprise sales cycles
• Strong executive communication skills
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior decision makers
• Deep understanding of industrial product development processes
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships at enterprise scale
• Expertise in several of: Artificial Intelligence for Engineering, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, Engineering and Manufacturing Data Management, Software-Defined Machines, Digital Thread
• Experience designing Digital Thread architectures spanning CAD / PLM / ALM / SLM, MBSE, Manufacturing, and Data & AI Platforms
• Knowledge of integration strategies involving ERP, MES, Microsoft, SAP and engineering tool ecosystems
