Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior survey professional to lead survey activities during proposal, design, and construction stages. You will manage survey scope, oversee team members, review documents, and ensure quality to meet client requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a PLS license in Texas, Wyoming, Kansas, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or North Dakota, is analytical, communicative, and ready to travel up to 50%. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access and AI tools is expected.

Qualifikationen

• A PLS license in one or more of the following states—Texas (RPLS), Wyoming, Kansas, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or North Dakota is required
• Must be analytical, self-motivated, and able to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, public, and external agencies
• Ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timeliness
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
• High level of initiative and ability to explore new opportunities while understanding organizational risk
• Proven experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Additional software knowledge depending on specialty
• Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time
• Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
