Key Responsibilities:

• Expand and manage aluminium scrap purchasing and sales portfolios across Europe and global markets.
• Originate new supply channels and build long-term relationships with scrap yards, smelters, refiners, and industrial counterparties.
• Analyse market trends, pricing dynamics, and quality specifications to optimise trading positions and margins.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution from contract to delivery.
• Drive commercial strategy, including risk management, contract structuring, and new business development.

Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in metals trading, with a strong track record specifically in aluminium scrap or other NF products.
• Deep understanding of European scrap markets, pricing mechanisms, and material grades.
• Established network of suppliers and buyers across the aluminium recycling and smelting industry.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and negotiating complex contracts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial trading environment with strong communication and analytical skills.
