We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, so that we can expand our presence and impact in the German healthcare market through creative, localized, and results‑driven marketing strategies. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, drive demand generation, and ensure regional alignment with global strategies to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen RLDatix’s market position in Germany.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Design and run marketing campaigns tailored for the German market to boost awareness, engagement, and sales opportunities.
• Organise and manage local events that strengthen our brand and build valuable relationships with customers and partners.
• Work closely with the regional sales and services teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals and generate qualified leads.
• Produce engaging marketing materials—such as newsletters, blogs, white papers, and product sheets—to communicate our value and educate customers.
• Use tools like Marketo and Salesforce to manage campaigns, nurture leads, and track conversions effectively.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, healthcare IT, or MedTech.
• A proven ability to design, launch, and manage campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline growth.
• Hands‑on experience using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Passionate about exploring and applying AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and improve marketing efficiency.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and educate a professional audience.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills.
• Confident in outbound communications and lead engagement.
