Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung hochrangiger Strategien; Beratung internationaler Führungsteams.
• Leitung zentraler Initiativen mit marktgetriebenen Ansätzen; Abstimmung mit HQ, lokalen Teams und Partnern.
• Überwachung von Branchen-Trends, Kunden-Insights und Wettbewerbsaktivität über alle eCom-Märkte.
• In-Depth Geschäfts- und Finanzanalyse von DOUGLAS eCom & Wettbewerbern zur Identifikation von Wachstumschancen.
• Datenbasierte Empfehlungen für das Führungsteam; Erstellung von Business Cases und Präsentationen.
• Verantwortung für das monatliche NPS-Reporting; Übersetzung von Feedback in Insights.
• Organisation von Voice of Customer Forums mit Senior eCom Leadership sowie lokalen und Group Teams.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Developing and executing high-level strategies, advising international leadership and cross-functional teams on steering business performance and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Leading key strategic initiatives with innovative, market-driven approaches and fostering alignment across HQ, local teams and external partners
• Monitoring and synthesizing industry trends, customer insights and competitor activity across all eCom markets, with a sharp focus on competitive positioning and customer experience
• In-depth business and financial performance analyses of DOUGLAS eCom and key competitors to identify growth opportunities and strategic levers
• Data-driven recommendations for executive leadership, from strategic business cases and high-impact presentations to ad-hoc insights that support key decisions
• Ownership of the monthly NPS reporting, translating customer feedback into actionable insights
• Organization of Voice of Customer Forums that bring together senior eCom leadership as well as local and Group eCom teams to align on key customer issues and short- to mid-term journey improvements

YOUR SKILLS

• Very strong, impactful communication and a confident presence up to C-level

• Excellent command of the MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with data platforms such as Tableau or Adobe Analytics
• Business fluent English, written and spoken
