DOUGLAS Group sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Analysten/in für Supply Chain Analytics mit Schwerpunkt auf fortgeschrittene Analytik und Optimierung. Sie entwickeln Modelle über die gesamte Lieferkette, übersetzen Daten in skalierbare Lösungen und treiben datengetriebene Entscheidungen voran.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Group- und Countries-Teams, Controlling, IT, Data & Analytics sowie externen Logistikdienstleistern zusammen, um Mehrwert und Effizienz zu schaffen.

Competenze

• Masterabschluss in relevanten Fachrichtungen oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain Analytics/Analytics.
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Python oder R sowie SQL; Optimierung, Statistik & Simulation.
• Erfahrung mit Big Data, Datenmodellierung und skalierbaren Datenpipelines.
• Fähigkeit zur Bewertung von KI-Technologien und deren Anwendung im Arbeitsalltag.
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationskompetenz auf allen Ebenen.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You develop and implement advanced analytics and optimization models across the end-to-end supply chain, laying the foundation for data-driven decisions throughout the Group


• Translating complex supply chain data into scalable analytical solutions, you measurably improve performance, service levels and cost efficiency


• As a driving force, you lead cross-functional and international initiatives and consistently align Supply Chain Analytics solutions with strategic business objectives and stakeholder priorities


• Proactively identifying optimization potential within the supply chain, you take ownership of cost reduction and process optimization


• Using scenario and root-cause analyses, you get to the bottom of business questions and turn your findings into concrete, actionable recommendations


• From concept to implementation, you own the build-up of KPI frameworks, dashboards and automated performance reporting


• Working closely with Group and country supply chain teams as well as Controlling, IT, Data & Analytics, Purchasing/Assortment and external logistics service providers, you make sure your solutions create impact in day-to-day business

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification


• Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain analytics or advanced analytics


• Advanced skills in Python or R as well as SQL, and solid expertise in optimization, statistics and simulation


• Experience with big data, data modeling and scalable data pipelines


• The ability to thoroughly evaluate AI technologies and apply them purposefully in your daily work


• Strong analytical and critical thinking


• High technical affinity and enjoyment in getting to grips with new tools and methods


• Confidence in managing high complexity


• Collaborative mindset and effective communication across functions and organizational levels


• Business-fluent German and English
