Requirements

• Extensive IT expertise
• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a similar IT qualification; career changers with comparable knowledge are welcome
• Professional experience as a System Administrator in a comparable role, ideally with direct customer contact
• Knowledge in several of the following areas: Windows clients and servers, virtualization (Hyper-V), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, backup solutions, networks, and firewalls
• Strong knowledge in several of the following areas: Hyper-V, network and IT security, as well as Office applications and their configuration
• Ability to work independently, a structured approach, and a hands-on mentality
• Open, authentic, and customer-focused manner
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with users
• Class B driver's license
• Very good command of German
