SHINING 3D in Stuttgart, Germany is seeking a proactive HR professional to join our growing team. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll operations, and HR initiatives across the organization, partnering with department heads to support business needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years' HR experience (HR Generalist preferred), and strong knowledge of German/EU labor laws.

• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience.
• Preferably candidates with HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Germany or any other EU countries Employment Act and labor regulations.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and German or other languages.
