- Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional and technical roles, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processing.
- Support overseas hiring initiatives, coordinating with global teams and assisting with visa/relocation logistics where applicable.
- Serve as first-line HR contact for employees: address inquiries, manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain personnel files, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data in internal systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or local HRIS).
Administration & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations: facility coordination, vendor management (cleaning, catering, IT support), and office supplies.
- Organize company events, meetings, and business travel arrangements as needed.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Act as a liaison between employees and external service providers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of combined HR and administrative experience, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly for engineering or technical roles.
- Solid understanding of Chinese labor law and employment practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
