Zusammenfassung

International SOS is seeking an HR professional to provide trusted advisory across the full employee lifecycle in a multinational environment in Stuttgart.

You will guide managers on employee relations, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with German employment law and Works Councils, while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong HR advisory, operations and employee lifecycle experience.
• Good knowledge of German employment law and experience working with Works Councils.
• Confident managing employee relations matters and advising managers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office 365; SuccessFactors or ADP experience is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination and offers.
• Deliver an engaging onboarding experience, including inductions and new starter follow-up.
• Validate monthly payroll changes and support compensation and benefits processes.
• Support annual HR initiatives including performance reviews, engagement, wellbeing, learning and DE&I programmes.
• Produce HR reports and workforce insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and organisational development initiatives across Europe.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure responsive, professional HR support.
