TASKS WITH IMPACT
  • Drive the headcount and personnel cost planning for the DACH region
  • Update, monitor, and report monthly personnel cost forecasts in alignment with Group Controlling
  • Provide HR commentary on financial performance and support the monthly closings
  • Prepare and deliver personnel-related data for year-end financial statements and audits
  • Collaborate on payroll-related topics including bonus calculations and billing
  • Act as data quality gatekeeper and maintain accuracy in our planning tools
  • Serve as first point of contact for HR reporting across Sales, HQ, and the Management Board
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects (e.g. Automation, system enhancements)
YOUR SKILLS
  • University degree in Business Administration or similar, ideally with a focus on controlling, or commercial training with relevant professional experience (2+ years)
  • Strong analytical mindset with very good Excel skills and a confident user of SAP HR / FiCo
  • Experience with planning tools and an affinity for process optimization and automation
  • Structured, detail-oriented and solution-driven working style
  • Fluent in German, with English skills ideally at a professional level
  • Hands‑on team player who takes ownership and proactively drives improvements
