Mosaic is seeking an experienced UKG Pro HRIS consultant to lead client implementations from discovery to go-live, ensuring optimized systems and strong client partnerships. You will mentor a small team, drive project delivery, and advise on best practices across UKG Pro configurations.

Remote-friendly role with up to 40% travel. A core UKG certification and strong ERP consulting background are expected; Bachelor’s degree is a nice-to-have.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HRIS consulting experience
• Expert UKG Pro configuration and optimization skills
• Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
• Maintain Core and one additional UKG certification and be considered a SME
• Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University (nice to have)
• Experience leading client implementations from discovery through go-live
• Experience with system analysis and functional specifications
• Ability to document, analyze, test, and modify UKG Pro systems
• Strong consulting, relationship-building, communication, responsiveness, and client advisory skills
