HRIT People is partnering with a leading HR advisory and consulting organisation based in Germany, specialising in HR Transformation and HR Technology implementations. The niche team has a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise HR solutions and is well known for its expertise in SAP SuccessFactors & HR Transformations.

Due to growing demand and secured client projects, our customer is now building a dedicated UKG / Workforce Management (WFM) practice, creating an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape this new division. Rather Exciting?

The Opportunity:

We are currently searching for an experienced UKG / Workforce Management Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming client projects. This role offers high visibility, involvement in end-to-end implementations, and the chance to play a key role in establishing the firm’s WFM capability.

The position is fully remote within Germany and offers excellent compensation aligned with seniority and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Workforce Management implementations, with a focus on UKG or similar solutions (Dayforce / Kronos or more)
• Advise clients on Time Management, Workforce Scheduling, Absence, and Attendance processes
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional system designs
• Configure, test, and deploy WFM solutions in client environments
• (A Bonus) Support integrations with HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and growth of the internal UKG / WFM practice
• (A Bonus) Support pre-sales activities and solution design where required

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience working with UKG Workforce Management solutions
• (UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, or similar)
• Alternatively, strong experience with comparable WFM platforms such as Dayforce, Kronos, and other enterprise Time & Attendance / Workforce Management systems
• Solid understanding of Time Management, Scheduling, and Workforce processes
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or implementation projects
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
• Fluent English and German

Nice to Have:

• Background in HR Transformation projects
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous work in international or multi-country implementations

Whilst this position is 100% remote, all applicants must reside and live in Germany.

Compensation: up to 88,000 Euro Per Annum + Great Benefits.
