Zusammenfassung

PVA TePla AG in Wettenberg, Germany, seeks a skilled Fluids Engineer to design and document fluid systems for pneumatics, cooling water, high-pressure and vacuum applications, aligning with Machinery Regulation.

You will collaborate with Mechanical, Automation, and Electrical teams, select components, and contribute to safety-system documentation while expanding your expertise in fluid engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Process Engineering or comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the described areas.
• Knowledge of EPLAN Fluid P8 and fluid engineering (pneumatics, cooling water, high-pressure, vacuum) as well as sensors and fluid engineering safety systems.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain fluid diagrams and fluid engineering schematics using EPLAN Fluid P8.
• Design fluid systems for pneumatics, cooling water, high-pressure and vacuum applications per Machinery Regulation and guidelines.
• Select suitable fluid engineering solutions, components and sensors based on requirements and define their application.
• Support Project Management, Service and Sales in creating fluid diagrams and technical concepts for quotations.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of fluid engineering safety systems for equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Automation/Software and Electrical Engineering to ensure optimal integration of fluid solutions.
• Develop common fluid engineering standards across group companies and ensure consistent use of EPLAN Fluid.
• Continuously expand technical expertise in fluid engineering and share knowledge across the team.

Your Responsibilities

• You will create and maintain fluid diagrams and fluid engineering schematics using EPLAN Fluid P8
• You will design fluid systems for pneumatics, cooling water, high-pressure and vacuum applications, taking into account the Machinery Regulation as well as application-specific guidelines
• You will select suitable fluid engineering solutions, components and sensors based on the respective technical requirements and define their application
• You will support Project Management, Service and Sales in creating fluid diagrams and technical concepts for quotations
• You will contribute to the design and documentation of fluid engineering safety systems for equipment and systems in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines
• You will work closely with the Mechanical Engineering, Automation/Software and Electrical Engineering departments to ensure the optimal integration of fluid engineering solutions into equipment and systems
• You will collaborate with the relevant internal interfaces of the group companies and help develop common fluid engineering standards as well as the consistent use of EPLAN Fluid
• You will continuously expand your technical expertise in fluid engineering, safeguard existing knowledge and further develop it within your area of responsibility

Your Profile

• You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Process Engineering or a comparable field
• You have several years of professional experience in the areas described above
• You have sound knowledge of EPLAN Fluid P8, fluid engineering — particularly pneumatics, cooling water, high-pressure and vacuum applications — as well as sensors and fluid engineering safety systems
• Knowledge of electrical engineering design and experience with EPLAN Electric P8 would be an advantage
• You communicate openly and confidently and enjoy working as part of a team. At the same time, you work independently, contribute your own ideas and demonstrate initiative
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, developing and testing new methods, and shaping them together with others
• You have very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• You see occasional business travel of up to 10% as a welcome change; a category B driving licence would be an advantage
