We are seeking an experienced Expert in Data & AI Advisory to lead strategic engagements and help clients unlock the full potential of data and artificial intelligence.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, shaping data-driven transformation strategies and connecting advanced analytics and AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Beyond client delivery, you will design innovative frameworks and offerings that strengthen our advisory practice and set industry benchmarks. Together we do what matters.

What you’ll do :

• Client Value Mindset : Understand client challenges and define solutions that maximize business impact through data and AI while still being pragmatic and hands‑on.
• Strategic Advisory : Engage with senior stakeholders to develop data management, data strategy, and AI strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives and the client’s goals.
• Technology Solution Mindset : Understand data and AI architectures, and how technical decisions are made – and combine them with an advisory mindset for future‑proof solutions. Work together with advisory colleagues as well as our technical experts to define the best solutions for our clients.
• Governance & Compliance : Advise on data governance, AI governance, and ethical AI practices to ensure compliance and trust.
• Offering Development : Create and launch new advisory services, methodologies, and accelerators for data and AI advisory.
• Thought Leadership : Contribute to industry insights and best practices for data‑driven transformation.
• Mentorship : Coach junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Skills and Experiences

Experience :

• 5+ years in data and AI, advisory or consulting a plus, with proven success in data strategy and AI‑driven transformation programs.
• Strong background in data management, analytics, and AI technologies.

Skills :

• Deep understanding of strategy and business mindset
• Technical understanding of data architecture, AI frameworks and implementation.
• Ability to articulate business value and influence C‑level decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership attitude with intrinsic motivation to make a difference and drive innovation.
• Fluency in German at C1 level and strong English language capabilities, both written and verbal

Education :

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
