Overview

The Impact You'll Make

For our segment Climate Solutions Shared Sales Organization in Europe, we are looking for a Leader (m / f / d) for our Application and Technical Support team (ATS) as Senior Director (m / f / d). This position can be located either in Germany, France, or Italy and work from one of our offices or from home-office in these countries.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the pan-European Application and Technical Support (ATS) team with 50+ FTEs, ensuring superior customer application and product support aligned with sales growth initiatives.
  • Continuously improve organizational processes to increase efficiency and leverage synergies across product lines.
  • Define and maintain clear roles and responsibilities, aligned with stakeholders across a complex, multichannel, and multi-vertical environment across Europe.
  • Develop and maintain strong, cross-product value propositions for customers, while collaborating with global teams to share best practices and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Build a high-performing team by developing competencies within the ATS and sales teams and fostering a growth mindset.
  • Drive change management initiatives and strengthen the branding of the ATS organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • Multi-year professional experience, with proven leadership in customer-centric organizations, with high technical affinity, and track record of leveraging new / emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership qualities, a track record in leading leaders and the ability to see the “big picture” while focusing on strategic priorities.
  • Genuine customer empathy. Champion solutions that not only meet business goals but are deeply aligned with user needs to turn technology into meaningful experiences.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and influential communication in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with international, multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business; Management, or Marketing Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Frequent business travel throughout Europe (up to 25%)
