TASKS WITH IMPACT

YOUR MISSION: Turning Data into Business Impact

• Develop and implement advanced data science and machine learning models to tackle key challenges in the beauty retail sector – from customer personalization to trend forecasting.
• You will cover the full lifecycle of analytical models: from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, validation, and deployment.
• Translate complex analytical results into impactful visualizations and compelling data storytelling to drive data-based decision‑making across business units and management.
• Work closely with domain experts, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and automation within business and data science processes.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for management by proactively generating insights and delivering clear, data‑driven recommendations for business steering.
• As an experienced team member, you will act as a mentor to colleagues and actively shape our data‑driven culture.
