The Role

We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist (Forecasting) to join our AI & Data Science team. You'll design deploy and scale models that forecast campaign performance, optimize marketing outcomes, and power product features used by the worlds leading brands.

Working closely with engineering product and client teams you'll turn forecasts into actionable insights and measurable business impact.

What You’ll Work On

• Forecasting Models: Build and scale time-series models to predict campaign KPIs (conversions clicks opens) accounting for seasonality external signals and rare events.
• Optimization & Recommendations: Create algorithms that drive actionable recommendations (budget allocation send-time optimization audience targeting) to maximize revenue and retention.
• Experimentation Platforms: Design and evaluate A / B and multivariate testing frameworks with statistical rigor.
• ML Infrastructure: Partner with engineers to productionize scalable pipelines for training serving monitoring and evaluation.
• Innovation: Contribute to patents publish internal research and share knowledge across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 5 years experience in applied Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Fluency in Python and SQL ; strong coding practices (modular testable clean).
• Proven track record developing and deploying ML systems at scale (forecasting recommendation causal inference anomaly detection).
• Deep knowledge of statistics time series and experiment design.
• Ability to take projects from idea design production measurable impact.
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional global teams.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with real-time ML systems feature stores or orchestration tools (Airflow MLflow).
• Cloud / data stack expertise (AWS Snowflake).
• Background in adtech e-commerce or martech.
• Deployment experience with Docker Kubernetes GitLab CI.
• Exposure to LLMs GenAI or prompt engineering.
